Sales Representative

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated, personable Sales Representative to help grow our client base and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about live events, and understands the value of high-touch, premium service.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and acquire new customers through outbound outreach, networking, and inbound leads Build and maintain long-term client relationships with consistent communication and personalized service Present and sell premium hospitality offerings for sporting events, concerts, and special events Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales using CRM tools Stay current on industry trends, venue offerings, and competitor activity

Qualifications:

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, sports, or event services Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and strong follow-through Comfortable with CRM systems and basic sales reporting Passion for live events and delivering high-end client experiences
